Community Mediation Program – North Bilha District

We are pleased to announce that a Community Mediation Program will be organized on 20th June 2025 at North Bilha District, in collaboration with the District Collector and the Red Cross Society, Bilaspur.

This initiative aims to resolve local disputes at the grassroots level through peaceful mediation, helping individuals avoid unnecessary litigation, especially in non-serious matters that can be effectively settled outside the courtroom.

Community Mediation Initiative by CGIAM

1. The Chhattisgarh Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (CGIAM), under the leadership of Director Hamida Siddiqui, is fostering community harmony through mediation. Active in 21 panchayats, CGIAM resolves local disputes while reducing the burden on judicial systems.
